Kunkel & Associates, Inc. - Dubuque, IA

Kunkel & Associates, a rapidly growing insurance brokerage, needed to renew it’s image and provide space for their growth, positioning them for their 21st century plans.

Located on the banks of a ravine, the modern design of the 11,000 square foot building is constructed of a combination of copper, aluminum and glass. The open space flows from interior to exterior with exterior access from all three levels. The crisp horizontal planes appear to float around the core of the building.

Morning Star Studio provided Architecture and Structural Engineering services for this project, which was completed in June 2007.
